I’ve been thinking about something that’s been on my mind lately. What happens if I was a passenger in a car that ended up being at fault in an accident? I mean, I wasn’t driving, so where do I stand legally? Am I still liable in any way, or can I just focus on recovering from any injuries? Would love to hear your thoughts or experiences on this!
